In any case, the minimum stay is 4 nights.

Reservations
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required at confirmation, while the rest, is requested within 20 days of arrival.
If the reservation is made within 20 days of the arrival date, the full amount is required. Payment will be made via bank transfer in euros.

Security deposit
A security deposit of €500 must be transferred 7 days before arrival, it will be returned 7 days after check-out.
Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

Arrival and departure conditions
Check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:30 CEST
Check-out time is 11:00 CEST

Cancellation policy
100% of the payment will be refunded up to 30 days before arrival.
From 30 to 12 days before arrival, 50% of the payment will be refunded; in this case, we allow you to recover 50% of it, using it for another reservation within one year from the original travel dates and for the same number of nights, with the same conditions. Unused credit may not be transferred or sold in any manner to another person.

No refund, in case of cancellation, is made 12 days before arrival.
